Travel Review: Bangkok, Thailand. 23 December 2011 @ 8:45 PM
It's the holidays!!!!!!!!!!

I just came back from Bangkok yesterday so I decided to blog about it before I forget the details that happened during the trip. I was so glad to be there with the awesome company of my JC classmates :) They are the people who are so true and genuinely love you for who you are, who accepts you for your shortcomings and to encourage you when you need it.

Reached Changi airport Terminal 1 at 6am, our flight was at 8.15am. We were so hungry in the departure hall that we bought doughnuts for breakfast :)We took polaroids as usual!Took Thai Airways there! Omg didn't expect Thai Airways service to be so goood!!!!! I love flying with Thai Airways and I'm goanna go back to them the next time I go to Thailand!Flying with friends, simply awesome! :)))) We were making so much noise in the plane and photo bombing the everyone kept staring at us hahahahhaha. With me and my DSLR around, expect this kind of photo :)Breakfast on the plane :)After we landed, there was a transfer provided from the airport to the place we are staying, Centre Point Petchburi 15. The service apartment is so awesome one I'm goanna update you guys. They have super great service and a back door which you can exit from, 5 mins walk to Platinum Fashion Mall. Also, about 5 mins walk to the all time favourite, Pratunum Market, something like Bugis Street but all the clothes are around $4-$6. Bugis kind of clothes, mad cheap. I buy until I can't stuff everything into my suitcase, and had to hand carry up the plane because my check in luggage is already 20 kg, the limit for Thai Airways. After we settled down, we went to Platinum Fashion Mall!!!!!! Didn't take any photos there because I am afraid of getting robbed, it isn't as safe as Singapore and throughout the 4 days, I always carried my bag in front. Platinum Fashion Mall is like Far East, with lots of small shops selling clothes. Women from Level 1-4, mens only on Level 4. Level 5 is mainly accessories and Level 6 is a food court. We had dinner there the first night :) Quite cheap. I ate bento set for only 65 Baht?? That's $2.80 for bento set!!!!! Mad cheap. We are Crisp before that. It is around 3 mins walk from Centre Point Petchburi, along the way when walking to Pratunam:) NICE!!!!!! We ate crisps for lunch everyday omg.We choose chocolate with banana!!!!!!!! Very generous amount of banana compared to the Crisp we bought from level 6 of Platinum Fashion Mall food court. So in the end we kept buying from this stall only :))))))Walking on the overhead bridge back from Platinum Fashion Mall, it's just opposite where we stay. Prices of clothing at Fashion Mall is around $6-$15, slightly more expensive than Pratunum Market where everything is $4-$6 for clothes. Min 3 pieces so it's best to go with friends :)))) Then can share when buying cuz most of them don't sell 1 or 2 pieces, if they do, prices are like double of the wholesale price. At night, we went to watch the cabaret show!!!!!!!! OMG they are damn pretty can???? Omg la I can't believe they are guys? We took pictures with them but I can't post it here because of a long story. I want to protect my guy friends as well, so photos are kept private. Of course the rest of the photos on facebook are public but the ones with the cabaret are kept in a private album :)

2nd day morning, we went to Pratunam Market. No photos as well as I didn't bring my DSLR out. So dangerous and Pratunam Market is so busy with people carrying goods and clothes everywhere. Very squeezy but the clothings are cheap!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Go google picture of Pratunam Market if you wanna know how it looks like, really look like Bugis street.

Then in the afternoon, we walk past Platinum Fashion Mall where I described earlier.
We ate at Suki Sushi for dinner!!!!!!! Mad cheap again omg everything is damn cheap. It's about S$9 per person for grilled dinner!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OMG Naraya!!!!! love the soft purses I bought 2 :)))) Goanna treat one of it as my pencil box for school :)

Outside Central World :) Well central world is like Ion Orchard... They have Uniqlo, Forever 21, Havianas etc.... Very much like Singapore. So we didn't buy anything there but we just walk around. Oh they have a skating ring there so you can skate there if you want :)

Day 3: We went to Pratunam Market again.... Then to MBK where bags are super cheap? Omg la okay everything in Bangkok is super cheap!!!!!!!!!!!!! MBK is like... I would say a more expensive Far East mall?? Hahahaha bags are selling at S$8-S$15 and it's those vintage and colourful kind that I always carry. I bought 5 bags in total!

dinner at MK Korean restaurant, it is located at 2nd floor of MBK, right outside Tokyo Departmental store :)
Love my floral dress? It only cost 120 Baht like only S$5!!!!!! Oh I didn't really bring much clothes to Bangkok. I just buy clothes from there and wear for the next day hahahahhaha :) Must travel smartly like me!
HEHEHEHE Watch the following video to understand this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)) Outside Siam Discovery shopping mall if you are interested where it is located :)
Then we went back to chill!!!!!!!!!!!!!! xDDDDDD

Last day, went to Pratunam Market, Platinum Fashion Mall to do last minute shopping, then went back to Centre Point Petchburi to camwhore again, then to airport!

Coming back home, is really boring. Sigh...... I love going away so much I wanna stay there. But nvm, I'm going to Malacca after I go out with huimin tomorrow. Goanna be back on 28th :) Bye Singapore again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So happy to leave home hahahahahaha.
